Description

Westchester Medical Center Health Network (WMCHealth) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide an Energy-as-a-Service Partnership across the network. The selected provider will serve as the single accountable partner for developing, executing, and operating the Energy-as-a-Service transaction, including technical, commercial, and operational workstreams such as utility and asset due diligence, baseline validation, facility surveys, energy modeling, project scope development, financing evaluation, and stakeholder coordination. The provider will deliver a final solution including project scope, guaranteed savings, performance standards, implementation schedule, risk allocation, and contract documentation. Post-closure, the provider will design, procure, construct, operate, maintain, and optimize the energy infrastructure with minimal disruption to patient care.
