The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Human Resources, Learning, Development & Readiness (LDR) is seeking 8(a) companies to deliver and periodically update a suite of Human Resources Management (HRM) training programs for federal civilian and military supervisors and managers. - Government Buyer: - Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) - Sub-agency: DLA Human Resources, Learning, Development & Readiness (LDR) - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named; the requirement is for professional training services. - Requested Services: - Applied Human Resource Management for Supervisors Training (AHRM): 3-day course on HRM concepts, supervisory roles, workforce planning, performance management, labor relations, and legal compliance - DLA HRM for Supervisors Refresher Training (DHSRT): 2-day refresher course with updated HRM topics, case studies, and problem-solving - Team/Work Lead Certificate Program (TWLCP): 2-year certification program for team/work leads - DLA Human Resources Management for Team/Work Leads Training: 1-day course on leadership, workplace violence prevention, discipline, labor relations, and dispute resolution - Enterprise Leader Development Program (ELDP) Levels 2, 3, and 4: Leadership development for multiple levels - Military Supervisory Training Track Program (MSTTP): Training for military supervisory personnel - Transition to Manager Training: 2-day course for new managers on leadership, strategic planning, ethics, and supervisory responsibilities - Training may be delivered in-person or virtually at various U.S. and international locations - Instructors must be HR subject matter experts - Respondents must provide pricing estimates and documentation verifying 8(a) program status - No products or hardware are being procured; only training and related services are required

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), DLA Human Resources Services, Learning, Development & Readiness (LDR) Enterprise Leader Development Program (ELDP) Level 2 Team/Work Lead Certificate Program (TWLCP) Enterprise Leader Development Program (ELDP) Level 3 Program, Level 4 Program, and the Military Supervisory Training Track Program (MSTTP), requires contractor support for the delivery of, and periodic revisions to, Applied Human Resource Management for Supervisors Training (AHRM), DLA HRM for Supervisors Refresher Training (DHSRT), HRM for Team/Work Leads is a 2-year Certification Program and Transition to Manager training is 2-day training for Supervisor. The content of the 3-day Applied Human Resources Management for Supervisors Training (AHRM) and the 2-day DLA HRM for Supervisors Refresher Training (DHSRT) course content will center on human resource management concepts and principles for the federal civilian workforce comprised of General Schedule (GS) and Wage Grade (WG) personnel.
