The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) is soliciting proposals for Unsupervised Internet Test(s) – Stream 1 to assess cognitive abilities. The contract duration is 24 months with options to extend up to three additional one-year periods under the same conditions. The procurement method is competitive open bidding, and the selection criteria is the highest combined rating of technical merit and price. Bids must meet all mandatory criteria and be submitted via the Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation.
