Description
The City of Rolling Hills Estates is soliciting proposals to select a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive landscape maintenance services for City property. The scope includes maintenance of approximately 177.7 acres of parkland across eight parks, 25 miles of equestrian and bridle trails, 10 miles of bicycle paths, 30 miles of public streets, and landscaped medians, rights-of-way, and community entry features. Services include turf mowing, pruning, irrigation inspection and repair, weed and pest control, litter removal, green waste disposal, and environmental compliance. The contract term is approximately five years, from September 1, 2026, to June 30, 2031, and requires a California C-27 Contractor’s License and DIR registration.
