Iowa Department of Public Defense seeks professional services to remove old PTAC units and relocate them on site, remove existing control devices, and install new Amana PTC153J35AXXX PTAC units with electric heat. The work includes installing and programming PECO T85320cc-1 thermostats, adding wire mold conduit and new conventional thermostat wiring, performing and documenting start-up on all units, and providing a 1-year labor and parts warranty. The solicitation is divided into 4 service lines treated as separate projects, with awards made on a line-by-line basis. Work is to be performed Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and all bids must be submitted via IMPACS.
