Description

Washington County, WI is seeking letters of interest from qualified private sector real estate development firms for a potential private/public partnership to develop and construct a new Health and Human Services Building with commercial/residential mixed-use. The building may be constructed on County lands east of the Herbert J Tennies Government Center or through redevelopment of an existing building or another parcel within the County. The developer would design and construct the building, with options for the HHS portion to be fully built out or provided as a "white box" for the County to complete interior design and construction. The project requires completion of plans and specifications by June 30, 2027, with construction bidding to follow and final completion by March 30, 2029.
