The City of La Mesa is seeking professional consulting services to act as the Owner's Representative for the redevelopment of the City Hall and Civic Center site. The consultant will assist in evaluating redevelopment feasibility and preparing a developer solicitation for a public-private partnership project that includes a new City Hall, a Post Office, and related housing or other compatible redevelopment. Services will cover all project phases from pre-design through construction completion, providing strategic oversight, technical guidance, and coordination support.
