Description

The City of Riverside is seeking a qualified entity or individual to provide professional services for the preparation of civil and traffic engineering design plans for the Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) Cycle 12 Project. The project scope includes installation of pedestrian median fencing, upgrading pedestrian crossings with enhanced safety features, and improving multi-way stop-controlled intersections. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the City's PlanetBids system by July 15, 2026. The company and/or key personnel must hold a Professional Engineering License in Traffic and Civil disciplines at the time of proposal submission.
