Description
The City of Coconut Creek, Florida, is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide professional services to develop construction-ready plans for several components of the Coconut Creek MainStreet project. This includes a two-acre park known as Village Green Park (Park A), Civic Plaza improvements including a public restroom on Block 12B, a parking lot on Block 12A, and site preparation for Block 13. The MainStreet Developers Master Plan will serve as the basis for the design of the Village Green and Block 12B. Block 13 will be cleared, leveled, and stabilized with grass or other suitable ground cover unless otherwise approved by the City.
