Seminole County Public Schools is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction and construction services for the renovation of South Seminole Middle School. The project includes a new dining facility and renovations to various buildings on campus, including interior renovations of buildings 3 and 4, remodeling building 8 for improved circulation, and replacing buildings 1 and 7 with the new dining facility.
