Description

The San Antonio Water System is soliciting bids for a three-year lease of a Mail Postage Meter Machine and an Inbound/Outbound Package Tracking System to support SAWS mailing needs. The Postage Meter Machine must process mixed size and weight mail pieces, measure, classify, weigh, and rate mail according to USPS rates, and produce reports on volumes and postage classes. The Tracking System must provide capability to receive and deliver packages from all carriers, scan all barcoding, and retain receipt and delivery history for up to one year. The contract may be renewed for three additional one-year periods under the same terms and conditions.
