Description
The University of Minnesota is procuring professional design services for the strategic renovation of Diehl Hall, a six-story building originally constructed in 1958 and expanded in 1963. The project scope includes a full interior gut and remodel, replacement of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, fire suppression and life-safety system upgrades, building envelope improvements including roof and window replacements, and code and accessibility upgrades.
