Description

The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is seeking proposals for Instructional Supplies including Academic Curriculum, Materials, and Equipment on an as-needed basis for the period from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022, with an option to renew annually for two additional years. The solicitation is on behalf of EPIC6 Purchasing Coop and its members, with awarded vendors required to extend contract pricing and terms to all current and future members. The contract will be awarded on a multi-vendor basis to best serve the needs of cooperative members, who are not obligated to purchase from awarded vendors. The evaluation will consider factors such as price, availability, and delivery, and vendors must score a minimum of 80 points to be considered responsive and responsible.
