Description

The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is seeking proposals for Instructional Supplies including Academic Curriculum, Materials, and Equipment on an as-needed basis for the period from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023, with an option to renew annually for two additional years. This solicitation is on behalf of EPIC6 Purchasing Coop and its members, with awarded vendors required to extend contract pricing and terms to all current and future members. The contract will be awarded on a multi-vendor basis to best serve the needs of cooperative members, who are not obligated to purchase from awarded vendors. Evaluation will be based on factors such as price, availability, and delivery, with a minimum score of 80 points required for award.
