Description

The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is seeking proposals for HVAC parts, supplies, and services on an as-needed basis for the period from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2028. This Request for Proposal is solicited on behalf of the EPIC6 Purchasing Cooperative and its members, with awarded vendors required to extend contract pricing and terms to all current and future members. The contract will be awarded on a multi-vendor basis to best serve the needs of cooperative members, with evaluation based on factors including price, availability, and delivery. Volumes and quantities are unknown, and members are not obligated to purchase from awarded vendors.
