Description

The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is seeking proposals for Building Materials, Hardware, and Services on an as-needed basis for the period from July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023, with an option to renew annually for an additional two years. The contract will be awarded on a multi-vendor basis to best serve the needs of cooperative members. Vendors must agree to extend contract pricing and terms to all current and future members of EPIC6. Proposals must score a minimum of 80 points to be considered for award, and volumes or quantities are unknown as members are not required to purchase from awarded vendors.
