Description

The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is seeking proposals for Awards & Trophies, Flags, and Banners on an as-needed basis for the period from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2028. This Request for Proposal is solicited on behalf of the EPIC6 Purchasing Cooperative and its members, with awarded vendors required to extend contract pricing and terms to all current and future members. The contract will be awarded on a multi-vendor basis to best serve the needs of the Cooperative members. Vendors can bid on portions of the RFP, such as only Flags or Banners, and must score a minimum evaluation score of 70 points to be considered responsive and responsible.
