The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is seeking proposals for Electrical Parts, Supplies, and Services on an as-needed basis for the period from July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2028. This Request for Proposal is solicited on behalf of the EPIC6 Purchasing Cooperative and its members, with awarded vendors required to extend contract pricing and terms to all current and future members. The contract will be awarded on a multi-vendor basis to best serve the needs of the Cooperative members, who are not obligated to purchase from awarded vendors. The evaluation will consider factors such as price, availability, and delivery, with a minimum score of 70 points required for award.
