The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is seeking proposals for Books – Library, Text, Publications on an as-needed basis for the period from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2028. This Request for Proposal is solicited on behalf of the EPIC6 Purchasing Coop and its members, with awarded vendors required to extend contract pricing and terms to all current and future members. The contract will be awarded on a multi-vendor basis to best serve the needs of Cooperative members, with proposals evaluated on factors including price, availability, and delivery. Volumes and quantities are unknown, and members are not required to purchase from awarded vendors.
