The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is seeking proposals for Promotional Products on an as-needed basis for the period from November 1, 2023 through October 31, 2028. This Request for Proposal is solicited on behalf of the EPIC6 Purchasing Cooperative and its members, with awarded vendors required to extend contract pricing and terms to all current and future members. The contract will be awarded on a multi-vendor basis to best serve the needs of cooperative members, with evaluation based on factors including price, availability, and delivery. Volumes and quantities are unknown, and cooperative members are not required to purchase from awarded vendors.
