Description

The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is seeking proposals for Musical Instruments, Sheet Music, Supplies, and Repairs on an as-needed basis for the period from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2028. This Request for Proposal is solicited on behalf of the EPIC6 Purchasing Cooperative and its members. Awarded vendors must agree to extend contract pricing and terms to all current and future members of the Cooperative. The contract will be awarded on a multi-vendor basis to best serve the needs of Cooperative members, who are not obligated to purchase from awarded vendors.
