Description
The City of Toledo is seeking bids from qualified contractors to remove and dispose of asbestos containing materials (ACM) across various scattered sites slated for future demolition. The selected contractor(s) will be responsible for submitting the required EPA abatement notification, furnishing all necessary containment barriers, and performing all ACM removal, disposal, and related activities in strict accordance with current Ohio EPA regulations. The contract duration is one year, renewable month to month, starting upon issuance of the purchase order. Licensed Asbestos Hazard Abatement Specialists are required to perform the work.
