Washington County, WI is seeking qualified real estate development firms for a public/private partnership to develop and construct a new mixed-use building that will house a Health and Human Services (HHS) facility. - Government Buyer: - Washington County, WI (local government) - Project Scope: - Design, development, and construction of a mixed-use building including a Health and Human Services facility - Potential locations include county-owned land near the Herbert J Tennies Government Center, redevelopment of an existing building, or other sites within the county - Developer may deliver the HHS portion fully built out or as a 'white box' for the County to complete interior finishes - All site improvements are to be included in the developer's costs, except for the water lateral to the Sheriff's Department if the County Campus site is chosen - Notable Requirements: - Developer responsible for all design, site improvements, and construction - Project documentation and development services must be completed prior to construction bidding - Final building and site improvements to be finished by project completion - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the notice - This is an RFI to identify interested and qualified development partners for a significant civic project

Washington County, WI is seeking letters of interest from qualified firms for the potential development and construction of a new Health and Human Services Building with commercial/residential mixed-use. The project may be located on County lands east of the Herbert J Tennies Government Center in West Bend, WI, or through redevelopment of an existing building or another parcel within the County. The developer would design and construct the building, with the HHS portion either fully built out or provided as a "white box" for County interior finishing. Development services and project documentation are expected to be completed by June 30, 2027, with construction bidding shortly after and project completion by March 30, 2029.
