Description

The Department of Health, State Laboratories Division (SLD), Laboratory Response and Preparedness Branch (LPRB), is requesting price quotations for HVAC duct modifications and other small repairs at the State Laboratories Facility in Pearl City, Oahu. The scope includes installation of two exhaust grills, cutting and capping existing pipes above ceilings in specified rooms, removal and replacement of ceilings, and repainting with epoxy paint. All work must comply with federal, state, and local laws including prevailing wage laws, and be completed by July 28, 2026.
