Description

This solicitation is for analytical laboratory services related to water and wastewater testing. The scope includes chemistry, microbiology, radiologicals, organic compounds, disinfection byproducts, algal toxins, PFAS, and other tests for water and wastewater systems, biosolids, and digester gas monitoring. The contract term is initially two years with the possibility of three additional one-year renewals, not exceeding five years total. Bids must be submitted electronically by July 8, 2026, and the contract includes liquidated damages of $50 per calendar day for delays.
