SEPTA is conducting a broad market engagement to modernize and outsource key business functions and technology platforms: - Government Buyer: - Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA), Procurement, Supply Chain & DBE Division, and Office of Budgets and Transformation - Products and Services Requested: - Integrated Platform-As-A-Service (iPaaS): - Cloud-based integration platform for scalable, secure data and application integration across enterprise systems - Must support integration with ERP, HRIS, CRM, and financial systems - Compliance with federal cybersecurity mandates required - Cloud-first architecture and robust security/compliance (FASB, IFRS, ASC 842, GDPR, HIPAA) - Integration with Microsoft 365 and public sector operational needs - Real Estate Management System (REMS): - Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solution for property, lease, and asset management - Features: lease management, financial integration, GIS mapping, regulatory compliance - Outsourcing of Payroll and General Accounting Services: - Payroll processing, tax filings, employee self-service, time and attendance, general ledger accounting - Integration with mainframe/enterprise systems - Financial reporting, audit support, budgeting, and forecasting tools - Outsourcing of Medical Services: - Pre-employment and periodic exams, drug/alcohol testing, injury management, return-to-work evaluations - Electronic medical record integration, vaccines, and health screenings - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Cloud-first, scalable, and secure solutions - Strong compliance with public sector, financial, and health data regulations - Emphasis on integration with existing SEPTA enterprise systems - No specific OEMs or vendors named; open to all qualified providers - This is an Expression of Interest (EOI) phase to inform future RFPs; no contract award or commitment at this stage.

The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for an Integrated Platform-As-A-Service (iPaaS) solution. The solicitation aims to gather qualified vendors to provide a cloud-based integration platform to modernize SEPTA's technology infrastructure, enabling scalable and expandable integration of multiple data sources. The EOI includes requests for information on vendor capabilities, technology platforms, transition processes, and compliance with federal cybersecurity mandates.
