Description

The Ministry of Water, Lands and Resource Stewardship is seeking services for the abatement, demolition, and removal of all structures located on Lot 1 District Lot 3832 Range 5 Coast District Plan 1367. The contractor must remove all debris and assorted material in and near the buildings, backfill and compact the site to be level with surrounding grade using clean fill, and carry out all work in accordance with recommendations for abatement and disposal of hazardous materials provided in the Hazardous and Regulated Materials Pre-Demolition Assessment. The work involves building demolition machinery and equipment, refuse disposal and treatment, toxic and hazardous waste cleanup, fill dirt, land grading service, and demolition services. Submissions must be made electronically through the BC Bid system by pre-authorized bidders.
