Description
The City of Rolling Hills Estates is soliciting proposals to select a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive landscape maintenance services for City property. The scope includes maintaining approximately 177.7 acres of parkland across eight parks, 25 miles of equestrian and bridle trails, 10 miles of bicycle paths, 30 miles of public streets, and landscaped medians, rights-of-way, roadway corridors, and community entry features. Maintenance tasks include turf mowing, edging, aeration, dethatching, overseeding, fertilization, pruning, trimming, irrigation inspection and repair, weed and vegetation control, pest management, litter removal, green waste disposal, and environmental compliance. The contract duration is approximately five years, from September 1, 2026, to June 30, 2031, requiring a California C-27 Contractor’s License and DIR number.
