The District of North Vancouver is seeking detailed proposals from qualified organizations with expertise in ice arena design and construction for Design Build services. The project involves the replacement of the ice arena floor slab, brine circulation piping, and dasher board systems, including full removal of existing under-ice surface concrete slab components and infrastructure. The scope also includes replacement with modern concrete slabs and chilling components, as well as removal and replacement of dasher boards, glass systems, player boxes, and penalty/timekeeper boxes.
