The Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC) is seeking a vendor with demonstrated experience, capability, and expertise in delivering business transformation and modernization services to support LOFT and associated driver licensing transformation and modernization projects. This is a negotiated Request for Proposal (BPS) with the main commodity being management advisory services.
