Description

This RFP is being issued to select a qualified evaluation consultant to design and perform impact, process, and market evaluations. Evaluation services will be provided for Efficiency Nova Scotia Demand-Side Management (DSM) and government funded activities such as programs, services, and pilot projects. The intent is to award an agreement to a single Proponent for the provision of these services to EfficiencyOne. The bid response must be submitted online. The bid is currently open and will close on July 17, 2026, with a question deadline of July 10, 2026.
