Description

The County of Solano – General Services Department, Fleet Operations Division is seeking qualified, licensed, and experienced towing service providers to furnish comprehensive county-wide towing and recovery services. The contract supports towing and recovery for a diverse fleet of light-, medium-, and heavy-duty vehicles operated by multiple County departments including law enforcement, public works, emergency operations, and general services. The scope includes towing, recovery, winching, transport, roadside assistance, and secure storage, with special consideration for electric and hybrid vehicles. The contract duration is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with options for renewal.
