Description

Iowa State University of Science and Technology (ISU) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide annual preventative maintenance and inspections on various boilers, circulation pumps, and make-up air units located in various buildings on the ISU Campus for the ISU Athletics Department. The contract includes performing maintenance as specified by the boiler manufacturers and providing inspection reports. There will be a pre-bid meeting and all bid responses must be submitted through the ISUBid system. The contract term is from August 1, 2026, through July 31, 2029, with two possible one-year renewals.
