Description
Iowa State University of Science and Technology (ISU) is soliciting proposals from qualified companies for the removal, transportation, and disposal of non-radioactive chemical waste, disposal or recycling of compressed gas cylinders, and stabilization of reactive and potentially explosive compounds. The services are required for multiple agencies including ISU, The University of Iowa, The University of Northern Iowa, The Iowa Department of Transportation, the Iowa Department of Administrative Services, and the Iowa Department of Natural Resources. The contract administrator will be Iowa State University, and the contract may be awarded as one or multiple contracts based on the best interest of the agencies. The estimated contract value is approximately $1,000,000 per year, based on past business and projections for the next five years, but this is not guaranteed.
