Description

This Request for Information (RFI) is issued to gather information about cloud-based Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) to assist in future purchasing decisions. The Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks conducts analytical testing at the Laboratory Services Branch (LaSB) in Etobicoke, Ontario, which requires a compliant quality management system under ISO/IEC17025. LaSB currently manages approximately 180 Standard Operating Procedures, 170 Methods, 360 Forms, and other electronic documents, with about 120 users needing secure access for reading, downloading, and training. The information collected will support procurement planning in fall 2026.
