Olivenhain Municipal Water District (OMWD) is seeking proposals for landscape water conservation services to support its water conservation program. The services include enrollment of participants, onsite indoor and outdoor water use evaluations, marketing and outreach, irrigation system inspections, program evaluations, watering schedule reviews, and submission of reports and invoices. The contract period is ten months starting September 1, 2026, with an option to extend for an additional year. Proposals must be submitted electronically via email by July 16, 2026.
