Rocky View County and the City of Airdrie are collaborating to develop an Intermunicipal Development Plan (IDP) to coordinate land use planning, growth management, infrastructure, and intermunicipal collaboration. The procurement seeks two consulting services: an Engagement Consultant to lead public and stakeholder engagement, and a Planning Advisor to provide technical planning, research, policy, and advisory services. The goal is to support a transparent and coordinated IDP update process reflecting intermunicipal interests and statutory requirements. Proposals must be submitted electronically by July 17, 2026.
