Description
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forests (MRNF) is seeking service providers for aerial laser surveys (LiDAR) in remote sensing. The project involves awarding three service contracts to perform high-precision topobathymetric LiDAR surveys, data processing, and classification in the MRCs of Sept-Rivières, Manicouagan, and Haute-Côte-Nord. The contract duration is 10 months, starting upon contract signing and ending by June 30, 2027, with a completion deadline of April 12, 2027. Submissions must be from providers with a permanent establishment in Quebec or applicable territories, and the Ministry reserves the right to reject submissions deemed excessively high or unfair.
