Description

The Asset Management Program aims to establish policies, procedures, and frameworks to support consistent, risk-informed asset management practices. It includes building internal capacity of Town staff to implement, maintain, and improve asset management over time. Key components include updating the Asset Management Policy and Strategy, developing condition assessment protocols, establishing data governance procedures, lifecycle modelling and capital forecasting, risk and level of service frameworks, and delivering a final Asset Management Plan endorsed by Council. Additionally, an annual asset management performance reporting framework will be developed for reporting to Council and the public.
