The Government of Manitoba is seeking proposals for implementation and configuration services for a Project Online Replacement (POR) solution to establish an integrated Project, Program, and Portfolio Management capability. The scope includes providing licenses for a SaaS solution, initial configuration, environment setup, user training, data migration, integration with SAP and other applications, technical design, and support services including post-delivery Application Management Services. Enhanced business reporting with AI-enabled scenario analysis is also required. Bidders must submit a signed NDA before the question deadline to receive the full information package.
