Description

L’ORGANISME PUBLIC seeks a specialized service provider to supply, implement, configure, operate, maintain, and evolve a SaaS ticketing solution along with related services for public exhibitions, trade shows, and other eligible events held at the Palais. The solution must support online, on-site, and self-service kiosk ticket sales and issuance, as well as ticket management, visitor admission and readmission, access control, and reporting. The service provider will handle programming and configuration of events, tickets, pricing, fees, taxes, gratuities, and applicable conditions under the direction of L’ORGANISME PUBLIC. The contract aims to ensure continuity and reliability of ticketing services while modernizing tools, processes, and functionalities.
