The solicitation is for the acquisition of two Lycoming aircraft engines that have been factory refurbished, to be exchanged with the two engines currently installed on a Navajo Model PA-31 aircraft. The contract duration is 24 months, with delivery required at the Cégep de Chicoutimi – Centre québécois de formation en aéronautique (CQFA) in Saint-Honoré, Quebec.
