The Department of the Army, 7th Signal Command (Theater), is seeking commercial calibration services for Army Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) that require factory or vendor calibration not supported by Army TMDE Support Centers. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Army, 7th Signal Command (Theater) - Contracting managed by W6QK ACC-APG CONT CT SW SECTOR - Place of performance: Fort Gordon, Georgia - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; contractor must be capable of calibrating a wide range of Army TMDE - Products/Services Requested: - Commercial calibration services for Army TMDE - Calibration must be performed in-house at the contractor's facility - Services must comply with ISO/IEC 17025:2005 (or later) - Calibration to be performed per manufacturer and Army TB 43-180 standards - Includes equipment inspection, calibration labeling, certification, and return shipping - Web-based tracking system for equipment status is required - Repair services may be requested but require prior approval - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, and facilities - Invoices must be submitted via WAWF by equipment serial number - The contract includes a base year with two option years - The solicitation is set aside for SBA - Vendors must complete and return specified FAR clauses with their quotes
