Description

This contract is to create a model ordinance, in consultation with tribes and stakeholders, that sets minimum standards for protecting cultural resources during development. The ordinance requires input from cities, counties, and various business/environmental groups and must incorporate best practices from existing local regulations. The project includes an inclusion plan and preferences as specified. A pre-bid conference and deadline for questions are scheduled for 06/24/26.
