Description

The City of Hemet is seeking a qualified Contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to remodel the kitchen and bathrooms at Fire Station 3. The City reserves the right to award all or only a portion of the work described in the solicitation. Depending on available funding and bid pricing, the City may elect to proceed with only the kitchen remodel, one bathroom remodel, or any combination of the identified project components. Responses must be received electronically by July 8, 2026, and a mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 30, 2026.
