Description

The project involves improvements at the Section 10 Water Reclamation Plant (WRP) including the construction of two new blower buildings: the aeration basin blower building and the digester blower building. The contractor is responsible for installation, testing, and startup of owner-supplied materials and equipment, as well as furnishing and installing materials and equipment for site excavation, yard piping, concrete foundations, walls, floors, masonry block walls, roof system, doors, hatches, HVAC systems, conduit for controls and electrical wiring, and electrical equipment. The work also includes connecting to existing plant piping, protecting underground utilities, asphalt patching, replacing concrete curb and gutter, and overall site restoration. Coordination with the owner’s SCADA programmer is required. No pre-bid conference will be held.
