Health PEI, through its Mental Health and Addictions division, is seeking proposals for a Virtual Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Support Program for Islanders aged 16 and older. - Government Buyer: - Health PEI (Mental Health and Addictions, Materials Management) - Products/Services Requested: - Internet-based Virtual CBT Support Program - Must provide multiple support levels: self-directed, coach-assisted, individual, and group - Accessible via web and preferably app-based platforms - Available during day, evenings, and weekends - Bilingual support (English and French) required - Must demonstrate measurable improvements in psychological health using validated symptom scales - Deliverables include assessment tools, safety and crisis protocols, intake and matching systems, support resources, session limits, and efficacy measurement/reporting - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Solution must be voluntary, accessible to residents aged 16+ - Must include robust safety and crisis support protocols - Efficacy must be measured and reported using validated tools - Bilingual (English/French) delivery is mandatory - Flexible access (day, evening, weekend) - Contract term is 12 months with an option for a 12-month extension
