Description

The Flink Avenue Trail Improvement Project involves furnishing all labor and materials for construction including excavation, embankment, steel sheet pile wall, ornamental metal railing, bituminous walk, storm sewer, and concrete curb and gutter. The project includes sitework, excavating and grading, fencing, steel sheet pile wall installation, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, storm drain, and paving. Bidders must comply with MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor requirements. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bid received without explanation. Bids are accepted only via QuestCDN and bidding documents are available for a nonrefundable fee of $55.
