Description

The Department of Revenue requires continued maintenance and support of the Transaction Management System (TMS) and related software. This procurement is an amendment to contract CT210255001 to add an additional one-year renewal period. J&B Software Inc. is the sole developer and distributor of the proprietary TMS software, making them the only feasible source for this maintenance and support. The contract period is from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027.
