The Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA) is seeking to contract with a Community Action Agency (CAA) to provide administration of the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) for the Adams, Blackford, Huntington, Jay, Randolph, and Wells County service territory. Respondents may apply for one or multiple counties under this RFQ. The RFQ document details the services and requirements and responses are due by July 20, 2026.
